Why the Ultimate Kit
The Ultimate Kit is for cooking pizza regularly, not just at the occasional gathering. It makes the hosting setup a permanent station, so the oven has a home rather than being set up and packed away each time.
The Vallone trolley is the reason it's a station: it holds the oven at the right working height and rolls to wherever you're serving, so you don't need a separate table. The stone brush clears the stone between cooks, which matters when you use it often. Carried over from the Pizza Night Kit: the topping station rack and its six boxes, which sit in the rack to hold your toppings and ingredients; the separate lidded box that stores your dough, holding six balls to match the ingredients; the dispenser for long sessions; and the peel, cutter, pellets, scoop and bag.
The '00' flour makes the dough, then the semola (semolina) dusts the peel and surface so the dough slides off cleanly, and the San Marzano tomatoes make the sauce, enough for around six 12-inch pizzas to start; for regular cooking, keep them topped up. Care Instructions
- Allow the oven to cool fully before cleaning, covering, or packing it into the storage bag.
- Clean the cordierite stone dry only, using the stone brush once the stone has cooled. Do not use water or detergent on the stone.
- Hand wash the pellet scoop, dispenser, and peel and dry promptly. Avoid abrasive cleaners on powder-coated and silicone parts.
- The dough boxes are dishwasher safe. Wipe the topping station and trolley clean with warm soapy water.
- Store the beech pellets in a cool, dry place.
