The Starter Kit is the ZiiPa Piana wood pellet oven with the four things you reach for on every cook: a 5kg bag of beech pellets, a Melfa pellet scoop, an Aquila perforated peel and a Fontana bag. The rotating stone turns on an external dial, so pizzas cook evenly without you opening the door, and you can cook the day it arrives.

Why the Starter Kit
The Starter Kit is for buying your first pizza oven and cooking the same day, without working out what else you need. Every piece is chosen to fit the Piana, so nothing here is filler.
The Piana is the oven, with a stone that turns by an external dial so pizzas cook evenly without you turning each one by hand. The beech pellets are the fuel ZiiPa recommend, lighting fast and burning clean, and the Melfa scoop is the safe way to load them. The Aquila perforated peel launches and lifts the pizza, its holes letting loose flour drop away rather than catching on the stone, and the Fontana bag stores and carries the oven between uses.
Every coloured item in the kit arrives in your chosen colour: Charcoal, Eucalyptus or Chalk, at the same price whichever you pick.
The dough boxes, topping station, cutting wheel and Vallone trolley are sold separately if you want to add them.

Is the oven in this kit the same as the standalone ZiiPa Piana?
Yes. It's the full Piana pizza oven, the same one sold on its own, bundled here with the fuel and tools to start cooking.
Can I buy these items separately instead of as a kit?
You can, but the kit costs over £47 less than buying the oven, pellets, peel, scoop and bag individually.
What is not included in the Starter Kit?
Dough boxes, a pellet dispenser, a cleaning brush, a topping station, a cutting wheel and a trolley are not included. The Pizza Night Kit adds the pellet dispenser, six dough boxes and a cleaning brush.
Which parts come in my chosen colour?

Care Instructions
- Allow the oven to cool fully before cleaning, covering, or packing it into the storage bag.
- Clean the cordierite stone dry only. Do not use water or detergent on the stone.
- Hand wash the pellet scoop and peel and dry promptly. Avoid abrasive cleaners on the powder-coated finish.
- Store the beech pellets in a cool, dry place.
