Why the Pizza Night Kit
The Pizza Night Kit is the one to buy when the point is having people over. It takes the oven and essentials and adds the gear that turns cooking pizza into hosting. It's the bundle most people choose.
The topping station is a rack, and the six boxes sit in it to hold your sauce, cheese and toppings within reach, so everyone can build their own beside the oven. The separate lidded box stores your dough, holding six balls, which matches the flour and tomatoes included. The pellet dispenser feeds the fire without you opening the oven, so the heat holds while you cook a run of pizzas, and the cutting wheel slices them to serve. The peel, pellets, scoop and bag are the same essentials as the Starter Kit.
The '00' flour makes the dough, then the semola (semolina) dusts the peel and surface so the dough slides off cleanly, and the San Marzano tomatoes make the sauce, enough for around six 12-inch pizzas to start; for a bigger group, top up. The serving trolley and stone brush, for cooking pizza regularly, are in the Ultimate Kit.

What are the six boxes and the topping station for?
The topping station is a rack, and the six boxes sit in it to hold your toppings and ingredients, so everything to build a pizza is to hand beside the oven. The separate lidded box is for storing your dough, holding six balls.
What does this kit add over the Starter Kit?

Care Instructions
- Allow the oven to cool fully before cleaning, covering, or packing it into the storage bag.
- Clean the cordierite stone dry only. Do not use water or detergent on the stone.
- Hand wash the pellet scoop, dispenser, and peel and dry promptly. Avoid abrasive cleaners on powder-coated and silicone parts.
- The dough boxes are dishwasher safe. Wipe the topping station clean with warm soapy water.
- Store the beech pellets in a cool, dry place.
