Pizza Dough Box and Lid 30 x 40cm White

The Genus Dei 30 x 40 cm box and lid set includes the proofing box and a matching lid for covering the top of your stack. The box holds up to six 250g dough balls (as a guide, depending on dough ball size), fits most domestic fridge shelves, and the boxes stack snugly without needing a lid between them — one lid sits on top of the stack to keep the uppermost box covered. Both are made in Italy from food-grade, BPA-free polyethylene and sold together at a slightly better price than buying separately.
