The Marcato Atlasmotor+ is an electric pasta machine set that bundles the Atlas+ with the Pastadrive motor, so the motor turns the rollers while both hands stay free to guide the dough. It rolls lasagne sheets across 10 thickness settings and cuts fettuccine, tagliolini and rounded spaghetti with its built-in cutters. UK plug included. Made in Italy.
The set, which some retailers list as the Atlas Motor Plus, brings together two products you can also buy individually: the Marcato Atlas+ pasta machine and the Marcato Pastadrive motor. A handle is included, so you can still roll by hand whenever you prefer.
Hands-Free Rolling Without a Clamp
The Pastadrive attaches to the Atlas+ through Marcato's patented bayonet fitting, which clicks on and off in seconds. Its weight steadies the machine on any flat, solid surface, so there is no need to clamp it to your worktop. That makes it well suited to batch cooking, or to anyone who finds turning a hand crank tiring. The motor should run for no more than 15 minutes at a time before it is left to cool.
Pasta Shapes and Thickness Settings
The Atlas+ has a redesigned dual-function roller, which cuts rounded spaghetti at settings 3 to 4 and flat tagliolini at settings 8 to 9. Together with the lasagne sheets and fettuccine, that gives you four shapes from the machine itself. The dial runs from setting 0 (4.8mm) down to setting 9 (0.5mm), and the rollers are anodised aluminium with a chrome-plated steel body.

FAQs
Do I need to clamp the machine to the worktop?
No. When the Pastadrive motor is attached, its weight stabilises the machine on any flat, solid surface and no clamp is needed. A clamp is included in the box for manual use if preferred.
Can I use the Atlasmotor+ without the motor?
Yes. A handle is included in the box so the Atlas+ can be used as a standard manual pasta machine whenever you prefer. Simply detach the motor and insert the handle in its place.
Which attachments can I not use with the Pastadrive motor?
Mafaldine, reginette and ravioli attachments cannot be used with the Pastadrive motor, and must be used by hand only for safety reasons. All other Marcato Plus attachments work with the motor, including pappardelle.
What is the maximum continuous runtime for the motor?
Marcato recommends a maximum of 15 minutes of uninterrupted motor use. After that, allow it to cool down before continuing.
What is different about the Atlasmotor+ compared to the old Atlas 150 motorised set?
The key difference is the updated Atlas+ machine itself. The redesigned spaghetti/tagliolini roller now produces true rounded spaghetti, something older Atlas 150 models could not do, bringing the total included shapes to four rather than three. The Pastadrive motor is unchanged.

Care Instructions
- Do not wash the machine or its accessories with water or in the dishwasher.
- Clean with a cloth or brush; the combs and scrapers under the cutting rollers are removable for easier cleaning.
- Combs and scrapers can be washed with cold water or a food-contact-safe surface disinfectant, and should be dried completely before refitting.
- Do not use cleaning products other than those recommended.
- If the rollers squeak, add a few drops of food-contact-safe Vaseline oil to the ends of the rollers.
- Always unplug the power cord before attaching or removing the motor.
- Never remove the plug with wet or damp hands.
- Do not leave the machine unattended while plugged into the mains.
- Maximum uninterrupted use of 15 minutes, then allow the motor to cool.
