The classic 250mm single blade Mezzaluna for chopping & mincing garlic, chilies, onions, herbs, etc. Great for cutting pizza and flat breads.

Mezzaluna meaning "half moon" in Italian, after the curved shape of the blade. It is also know as a Hachoir.
