In 2020 Cerutti Inox, to celebrate their 60th year of production, created a new pizza shovel, in collaboration with the architect Itamar Harari. With elegant spike perforations, and the unmistakable quality.  The new design was first launched in 2021.

The 33cm square peel is made of hard anodised aluminum, with a 120cm grey anodised aluminum handle, the TOUGH line of shovels was created to meet the needs of the most demanding pizza chef.

Designed with the aim of providing an extremely resistant product, through a galvanic treatment to protect the shovel from atmospheric and corrosive agents.
