This is the original rounded-handle version of our square ravioli stamp, also known as a ravioli cutter: it cuts and crimps in one press, so the edge seals as it cuts and holds together through boiling. It's made in Italy with a beechwood handle and an aluminium cutting head, sized at 40 x 40mm.
The Original Rounded Handle
This is the earlier version of the stamp, with the classic rounded beechwood handle that sits in the palm of your hand. We have one left before it sells through. The current Eppicotispai stamp uses a flat handle instead, but the rounded grip is what many people learned to make ravioli with.
Who It's For
Pick this one if you prefer the original rounded grip or want it while it's still in stock. Once it sells through we'll only carry the flat-handle version.
