How the Active Carbon Filter Works

When you close the bottle, the filter inside the AntiOx absorbs the volatile compounds responsible for accelerating oxidation. Oxygen is still present in the bottle, but without those compounds it can no longer react with the wine or produce acetic acid. The stopper doesn't need charging, replacing, or pumping.
