Gemini Express® Special Edition Aluminium Moka Pot Set – Induction Compatible

The Gemini Express Special Edition is a complete Italian espresso set in a gift-ready presentation box. It includes the induction-compatible Gemini Express moka pot, two Eppicotispai porcelain espresso cups and two saucers. Everything needed to brew and serve from the first use. Made in Italy. Compatible with induction, gas, ceramic and electric hobs.

How It Brews

The Gemini Express works differently from a standard moka pot. Rather than collecting coffee in an upper chamber for pouring, it dispenses directly into the cups on its base. The boiler heats the water, which passes up through the coffee funnel and down into the cups below. The included reducer filter fits inside the funnel and changes the brew depending on how you use it.

• 2 cups standard: fill the boiler and funnel with coarse ground coffee
• 1 cup strong: insert the reducer filter and fill the boiler halfway
• 2 cups lighter: insert the reducer filter and fill the boiler fully
• Use coarse ground coffee only. Do not use fine ground or filter coffee
• Maximum cup height: 5.5 cm

Induction Compatible

This version works on induction hobs as well as gas, ceramic and electric stovetops. If your hob is not induction, the non-induction Special Edition set is available at a lower price.

The Presentation Box

The Special Edition comes in an illustrated kraft card presentation box with the pot and cups displayed openly inside. The box opens out to show the full contents and is suitable for giving as a gift without additional wrapping. The standard pot is sold in a plain box without cups; the Special Edition is the version to choose if you're buying this as a gift or want a complete set from the start.

Construction and Dimensions

The moka pot is food-safe aluminium. The cups and saucers are Italian porcelain made by Eppicotispai. Clean the pot with sodium bicarbonate or vinegar in water, not detergent. Discard the first few brews to season the pot before regular use.
