The origins of Ravioli are some what obscured but it is believed that it was very popular in the Lombardy region.

A type of dumpling, composed of a filling sealed between two layers of thin pasta dough with wavy edges on all four sides. Delicious for first course dishes, suitable for all occasions, and often stuffed with various fillings including meat, cheese and vegetables.

The ideal accessory for those who love stuffed pasta and experimenting with flavours!

Ravioli are stuffed, square-shaped pasta, 45 mm wide.
The recommended pasta sheet thickness is 0.8mm - 1mm, position 6 or 7 on the adjustment knob of the Atlas 150 pasta machine.

The Ravioli accessory has two cutter rollers for making fresh home-made ravioli with your own personal stuffing and can easily be attached to all manual Atlas 150 pasta machines.

For your safety you can NOT use the Marcato Pastadrive with this attachement, only use it by hand.

The accessory is made with chrome-plated steel, with Polystyrene rollers and an ABS hopper.
